DIRECTIONS TO BOISE OFFICE

C.A.R.E. 200, P.A. is located in the heart of Boise's North End at 664 North 9th Street,
the corner of 9th Street and West Franklin.

From the North End, driving down 9th Street, we are 2 blocks SOUTH of the Boise Co-op (Hays then West Franklin).

On 9th Street, we are just before BOISE HIGH (watch out for student drivers), on the opposite side of the street.

*****LOCATION TIPS
-There is no building number, address refers to the individual office suite.

-The building is at the corner of 9th and West Franklin (south west).

-It is beautiful red brick.

-It is a multi-use North End building that has apartments street level and above, with office suites located down the stairs in a courtyard (C.A.R.E. 200, P.A. is on the right side).

-If you do not use stairs, please advise and we will provide directions to an alternate entrance.

PARKING
You may park on 9th Street or West Franklin for upto 1 1/2 hours, no fee during September through May. During the summer months there is no time restriction.

If you park further away there are meters.

IDAHO CHIROPRACTORS and NUTRITION: Scope of Practice

For readers interested in information about how Chiropractors are licensed to utilize nutrition in caring for clients, following are 2 excerpts:
1) from the Chiropractic Practice Act and
2) from the Rules from the Idaho Chiropractic Board on Scope of Practice.

1) TITLE 54
PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES
CHAPTER 7

CHIROPRACTIC PRACTICE ACT

54-704.Chiropractic practice. Chiropractic practice and procedures which may be employed by physicians are as follows:
(1) The system of specific adjustment or manipulation of the articulations and tissues of the body; the investigation, examination and clinical diagnosis of conditions of the human body and the treatment of the human body by the application of manipulative, manual, mechanical, physiotherapeutic or clinical nutritional methods and may include the use of diagnostic X-rays.



2) IDAHO ADMINISTRATIVE CODE IDAPA 24.03.01 - Rules of the State Board Bureau of Occupational Licenses of Chiropractic Physicians Page 3 IAC 2008

020.SCOPE OF PRACTICE (RULE 20).
Clinical nutritional methods as referenced in Section 54-704, Idaho Code, include, but are not limited to the clinical use, administration, recommendation, compounding, prescribing, selling, and distributing vitamins, minerals, botanical medicine, herbals, homeopathic, phytonutrients, antioxidants, enzymes, and glandular extracts, durable and non-durable medical goods and devices in all their forms.
